1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and lc777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the lc777 website available at lc777.bio and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, bingo, and mobile banking deposit and withdrawal services (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the lc777 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. lc777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lc777 enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will verify age as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh. lc777 is operated as a service for players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable local laws.
• You must register using a valid, active Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. The mobile number is used as your primary account identifier and for OTP-based authentication. Providing a mobile number belonging to another person is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an active lc777 account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses forfeited. Balances from duplicate accounts may be merged into the original verified account at lc777's sole discretion.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list. Players who have voluntarily excluded themselves from gambling platforms are prohibited from creating or using an lc777 account for the duration of their self-exclusion period.

lc777 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time during the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to any suspicious account activity. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of lc777 Services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. lc777 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Account Information Accuracy

• You must provide your real full name, a valid active Bangladeshi mobile number, and a secure password. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party. lc777 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify lc777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. lc777 will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, take action to secure the account.
• You must keep your registered mobile number active and up to date. Your registered mobile number is used for OTP-based login and account recovery. If you change your mobile number, you must update it in your account settings before the old number is deactivated.

KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to security and compliance, lc777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal, or at any earlier point if requested by lc777. KYC documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

lc777 reserves the right to place a hold on pending withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. KYC information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for account verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes. lc777 does not sell or share KYC data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

lc777 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile financial services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for ensuring they use payment methods registered in their own name. Payments made from accounts or wallets belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit cap, although lc777 reserves the right to impose account-level deposit limits at its discretion for responsible gaming or compliance purposes.
• Deposits are credited to your lc777 account balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. In the event of a technical delay, lc777 will investigate and credit funds as soon as the issue is resolved. lc777 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile banking provider.
• lc777 does not charge any fees on deposits from the platform side. Standard transaction charges imposed by your mobile banking provider (for example, bKash send-money fees) may apply and are outside lc777's control.
• lc777 reserves the right to reject or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe the funds originate from an unauthorised or fraudulent source. In such cases, lc777 will contact the player and may request supporting documentation before releasing any funds.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered in the same name as your lc777 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. lc777 will endeavour to communicate any material delays to affected players.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved. Players who have not yet submitted and received approval for their KYC documents will have their withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is complete.
• lc777 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal if: the player has not met bonus wagering requirements attached to their account balance; the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or Terms violation; or the withdrawal would reduce the account balance below an active minimum balance threshold applicable to a current promotion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lc777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, conditions, and wagering requirements that will be set out in the promotional materials accompanying each offer. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to your lc777 account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new players registering their first lc777 account. A player who closes an account and re-registers is not entitled to a second welcome bonus. lc777 reserves the right to claw back welcome bonus funds if fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected.
• Bonus offers may be subject to minimum deposit requirements, time limits, and game-specific wagering contribution rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — for example, live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate than slot games. Contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• lc777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal or modification.
• Players who are self-excluded or who have set deposit limits or cooling-off periods on their accounts are not eligible for certain promotional bonuses. lc777 will exercise reasonable judgment in applying this restriction to protect the player's responsible gaming interests.

lc777 reserves the right to void any winnings and confiscate any bonus funds where there is evidence that a player has attempted to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a bonus offer through coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, or any other method that lc777 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules and Disputes

lc777 hosts games provided by third-party certified game studios. The rules of each game are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, the player accepts the applicable game rules in full.

Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game round, lc777 will endeavour to resolve the issue in a fair and transparent manner. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, bets placed on that round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance. lc777's decision in respect of any technical malfunction is final, subject to the dispute resolution process below.

Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or any other aspect of the lc777 service, you must contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. lc777 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days. lc777's decision following the investigation of a dispute is final and binding.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on lc777, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team matches, are governed by the specific market rules displayed within the sportsbook interface. All bets are final once confirmed. lc777 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, on events whose results are in dispute, or on events that were suspended or cancelled before completion. In the case of a void bet, the staked amount is returned to the player's account.

7. Responsible Gaming

lc777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed at any time through the account settings menu.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active, in order to protect against impulsive decisions.
• Session Timer: Players may set a session time limit, after which a reminder notification will be displayed. This tool is designed to help players monitor the time they spend on the Platform and take breaks as needed.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of between 1 and 42 days. During this period the account will be suspended and the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. The cooling-off period cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is having a detrimental effect on their lives may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours. Self-excluded players are prohibited from creating new accounts. lc777 will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, though it cannot guarantee absolute enforcement where a player provides false information.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lc777 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation, and lc777 reserves the right to close the account, void any winnings, and withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of that investigation.

• Registering more than one account or permitting another person to use your account. Each player may hold only one lc777 account registered in their own name with their own mobile number and identity documents.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to automated betting, scraping, or any action designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or sporting event on which bets are offered through lc777's sportsbook or casino.
• Using funds that originate from illegal activity, money laundering, or any financial crime to fund your lc777 account. lc777 cooperates fully with any legitimate law enforcement request and will report suspicious financial activity where required by applicable regulations.
• Registering an account while self-excluded, under the age of 21, or using false identity information to circumvent any eligibility restriction imposed by lc777.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses lc777 staff, support agents, or other players via the Platform's communication channels, including live chat and support email.

lc777 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes a violation of these Terms, and its decision in this respect is final. Where a violation is found, lc777 may take any action it deems appropriate, up to and including permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

lc777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances.

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse provisions.
• The player's account is flagged in connection with suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity, whether or not a formal investigation is underway.
• lc777 is required to close the account by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or a legitimate order from a law enforcement or judicial authority.
• The player requests account closure, in which case lc777 will process the closure request within 5 business days, settle any legitimate pending withdrawal to the player's registered mobile banking account, and permanently delete the account in accordance with our Privacy Policy's data retention schedule.

Where an account is closed by lc777 due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the violation. lc777 will communicate the reason for account closure to the player in writing via the registered email address or mobile number where it is lawful to do so.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the lc777 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of lc777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants the player any right, title, or licence to use lc777's intellectual property for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use of the Platform as a registered player.

The player must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any lc777 content without the express prior written consent of lc777. Unauthorised use of lc777's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lc777 shall not be liable to the player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if lc777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lc777's total liability to the player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of the player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player to their lc777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit lc777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Privacy

lc777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at lc777.bio/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. lc777 uses player data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming, customer support, and service improvement. lc777 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

lc777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, lc777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via their registered mobile number or through a notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will be posted at lc777.bio/terms-conditions with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which lc777 operates. lc777 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond Bangladesh. Players who access the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
